More About Me

I am an executive coach drawing on more than 30 years of leadership experience. As a former Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Research, I bring a dynamic background that spans marketing, content and digital strategy, technology, talent development, and operations. I know how to communicate, collaborate, influence, and deliver results across cultures and time zones, and I have a deep understanding of the characteristics, relationships, and experiences that help people thrive in complex environments.

After a three-decade career in financial services, I discovered that coaching is the most rewarding expression of what I loved most about my work—helping people realize their potential by evoking deeper awareness of their goals and translating that insight into strategy and execution. I am known for my warmth and empathy, balanced by a direct, outcome-oriented style that brings clarity of purpose and direction.

Beyond coaching, I am devoted to my husband of nearly 25 years and our children. I have lived in Japan and traveled extensively. An avid walker, passionate sailor, and slow but enthusiastic skier, I find balance and renewal outdoors year-round. I continue to exercise my leadership skills as a volunteer chef and coordinator for a community meal program, and through a governance role with a historic maritime organization, where I oversee hospitality operations and the preservation of landmark properties.

I completed Brown University’s Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (Level 1) and am pursuing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level.
